DESCRIPTIONS:
We do not accept the report submitted by the esteemed experts to the file and received during the hearing dated … and we demand the correction of the confusion and deficiency that occurred. Namely;
Your court…. In the discovery made under the presidency of your Judgeship on the case of dissolution of the partnership (izale-i Şüyu) pending at the base number, on … The cost was calculated inaccurately in the expert report.
For this reason, I object to the expert report, which was prepared incompletely, within the deadline until 19/06/2018, which is the next hearing given by your court to me. If your court is of different opinion, the file is first submitted to a new panel of experts, I request that it be sent to the same experts for an additional report. I request that the date of re-discovery be notified to me, that my immovable property is examined thoroughly by ensuring that I am present at the site of the discovery, and then a new report is received from the experts.
CONCLUSION AND PROBLEM:
For the reasons briefly explained above, with the acceptance of my request, I do not accept it because the report submitted by the esteemed expert to the file contains incomplete aspects. I request that it be decided to be delivered to the committee and submit it to your comments.
